Four Social Equity Program participants collectively own 51 percent of the company, with each person holding a 12.75 percent share. Our six-member board makes decisions together, with social equity members always holding meaningful control. This model fosters real teamwork, protects against concentrated ownership, and gives a tangible voice to leaders from backgrounds too often left out of legal cannabis. After a long approval process, we opened our doors in May 2024 steps from South Station, ready to prove real equity in action.
